When you step into Founding Farmers Tysons for brunch, you may not feel like you've arrived at a restaurant. The designer created a space that evokes a traditional farmhouse with sections modeled after a sun tea room, a barn, a living room, and even the pantry. The rustic-chic setting is the perfect place to devour eats from a brunch buffet that features ingredients reaped from local farms.
The all-you-can-eat smorgasbord ($32 per person) consists of a few different categories of fare, from the Big Breakfast to the Butcher's Table. Head to the Pancake Bar to load buttermilk pancakes with your choice of jams and butters, berries and whipped cream, or a simple drizzle of maple syrup. Then grab a few slices of peppered bacon or a link of chicken sausage from the Butcher's Table. Biscuits and gravy, doughnut holes, and freshly baked breads with gourmet smears are a few of the other items on the long menu. Wash down your feast with a cup of locally roasted coffee or a breakfast cocktail (for an additional fee).
