Fresh seafood forms the foundation of the menu at Coastal Flats, joined by beef, ribs, and a handful of other hearty mains. For dinner, the kitchen churns out crispy fish tacos with habanero slaw, sauteed shrimp with creamy grits, and hickory-grilled mahi-mahi with red pepper garlic-butter sauce. Dishes like these are currently being offered out on the patio at Coastal Flats, which has been carefully rearranged with social distancing in mind, but you can also order them for curbside pickup or delivery.
If you’re more interested in turf than surf, try one of the steaks. The wood-grilled filet mignon comes in both six- and eight-ounce cuts with roasted cremini mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and a light salad on the side. The drunken ribeye features the same accouterments alongside a 5 Star Reserve steak marinated in the Great American Pale Ale. Whether you’re eating on the patio or grabbing a meal to-go, you’re welcome to add a fruity cocktail, a draft beer, or a glass of wine.
